Nestled in a jewel of a valley in Northern California, ours is a 4th generation family farm. By hand harvesting at just the right time, we are able to create this limited production olive oil.

 

Our Process

Established in 2010, our olives are nurtured by family and hand-harvested at peak ripeness. We grow three Italian varietals to create our premium Tuscan blend. Buttery, fruity, fresh and unfiltered. Our 100% Extra Virgin olive oil is hand-crafted to be enjoyed with any meal. So, from our family table to yours-- enjoy.
